The English word "Peacock" is translated into Spanish as "Pavo Real", which literally translated means "Royal Turkey".

I wonder if the Spanish football Giants Real Madrid know this. The word "Madrid" originates from the Arabic "al-Majrīṭ" and then "Majerit" which means source of water. So in essence Real Madrid = Turkey Water.
Fascinating - I Know.
